    • Interstate (Nationwide): 3 – 7 working days.

  • Car Delivery: Automobiles are delivered via professional interstate haulage or “Self-Drive” delivery by our certified drivers upon full payment and documentation.

  • Inspection at Point of Delivery: For high-value electronics and appliances, customers are required to inspect the item and sign the “Delivery Satisfaction Form” before the courier departs.

2. Return & Refund Policy

  • 7-Day Return Window: Items (excluding cars) can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they have a verifiable manufacturer’s defect.

  • Automobile Sales: Cars are sold “as-is” based on the provided inspection report. Once documentation is signed and the vehicle is driven away, returns are only considered under our specific Buy-Back or Trade-In schemes.

  • Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items must be in the Original Packaging with all accessories (manuals, cables, chargers) intact.

    • The seal must not be broken for non-defective items (change of mind).

    • “First Body” status on vehicles must remain untouched for any trade-in considerations.
